Debossing presses your design into the leather, creating a recessed impression. It is the quieter, more architectural cousin of embossing and increasingly the preferred choice for minimalist, heritage, and outdoor brands.

Custom debossed leather works exceptionally well on thicker vegetable-tanned hides, where the compressed fibres darken naturally and produce a rich, burnished shadow inside the impression. No ink, no foil, no coating just leather, pressure, and time.

The quality of logo embossing on leather is decided long before the press comes down. It is decided in the die.

Our in-house tooling team converts your artwork into a production-ready die, and we do it properly:

Artwork review — we assess line weights, minimum stroke thickness, and whether fine details will survive compression.
Die engraving — CNC-engraved brass for long runs and fine detail; magnesium for cost-effective short runs.
Sample strike — we press a physical sample on your actual leather and send photos or physical proofs before mass production.
Production run — approved die goes to the floor with locked press settings.

Dies are stored and catalogued at our facility, so repeat orders press identically to your first run no drift, no surprises.

Corino Industries is set up for bulk leather branding with multiple hydraulic and pneumatic presses running in parallel, digital temperature control on every station, and QC inspection at defined intervals rather than at the end of a shift.
