Equestrian Saddles

Equestrian Saddles Handcrafted for Comfort, Balance, and Control

A saddle is the only real conversation between a rider’s seat and a horse’s back, and a poorly built one turns that conversation into an argument. At Corino Industries, we manufacture equestrian saddles that keep the rider centred, the horse comfortable, and the aids clear through every stride. Each unit is cut from full-grain hide, shaped over a properly balanced tree, and finished by craftsmen who have spent decades working leather in Sialkot, Pakistan. Whether you run a riding academy, supply a national distribution network, or retail under your own label, our equestrian saddles arrive ready to perform on day one and to keep performing for years afterwards.

Why Riders Choose Corino Equestrian Saddles

Longevity in this product category is decided long before stitching begins. It is decided at the tannery, at the tree bench, and at the flocking table.

Full-Grain Leather Selected Hide by Hide

We buy vegetable-tanned and chrome-tanned hides from mills we have worked with for years, then reject anything with scarring, uneven grain, or weak fibre structure. Only the strongest sections of each hide reach the seat and flap panels of our leather horse saddles. The result is leather that breaks in quickly, grips confidently when wet, and develops a deep patina instead of cracking.

Hand-Stitched Panels and Precision-Fitted Trees

Every tree is checked for symmetry and spring before it is covered. Panels are hand-flocked with graded wool so weight sits evenly across the horse's back rather than pressing on the spine or loin. Load-bearing seams are saddle-stitched by hand with waxed linen thread, which means a single broken stitch never unzips a whole seam the way machine lock-stitching can.

No two disciplines ask the same thing of a saddle, so we build seven core styles and adapt each to your specification.

Dressage Saddles for a Deep Seat and Straight Alignment

Our dressage saddles pair a deep seat, long straight flap, and low-profile knee block so the rider's leg falls naturally under the hip. Available with monoflap or standard construction, in seat sizes from 16" to 18.5".
